Total Slog 65:20 Had to scale down to 50 double unders, mostly one at a time, did get some 4x OHS had to scale back to 75 Pulls Green band assist. Run Woodlawn, Exposition, Windsor loop -- about a mile according to google maps

Rox 5k -- 22:10 -- wasn't sure what to aim for, 21:00 would be good goal for now
Walk 5 miles -- Umstead Park, instead of working in afternoon -- great.
