Deadlifts etc

Gymnastic Warmup Day 1
5 Rounds (3 kip up to hand stand, 5 ring pushups, 10 second frog stand)
3 rounds (10 reps 45# OHS, 10 reps 55# dumbell deadlift)

Deadlift 2 reps every minute for 10 minutes

Stairmaster 20 minutes 2.0 miles
