Double unders for warm up -- finally more than one in a row
1 (sad) unassisted pullup -- do these every day

Baseline test for time: Run 1/2 mi+ (round block, 5:20), 40 squats, 30 situps, 20 pushups, 10 pu (blue band assist). 10:27
