75 pound Overhead squat, 30 reps
30 Pull-ups
Run 1 mile
Total Slog 65:20
Had to scale down to 50 double unders, mostly one at a time, did get some 4x
OHS had to scale back to 75
Pulls Green band assist.
Run Woodlawn, Exposition, Windsor loop -- about a mile according to google maps
