Saturday Jan 1 "Jack" scaled (ppress, swing, box jump)
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
75 pound Push press, 10 reps
10 DB swings 35#
10 Box jumps, 20 inch box
7 rounds + 10 push press...
box jumps continue to be aerobically challenging to do fast
